When it comes to cake, we all got our favorites.

 

One of the most loved ones of all times is definitly the Cheesecake!

The options with this cake are endless.

My aim is to make restriction gone by creating the best recipes in macro-friendly versions.

Macros:

635 Calories / 38c / 13 f / 94 p / 21 sugar

 

 

Recipe

 

#EMMYLICIOUS Protein Cheesecake

 

 

1 egg

500g low fat curd

30g Protein Powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 serving Vanilla Pudding Powder

 

Topping: Raw cacao

 

 

How To:

 

Mix all ingedrients.

Blend and fill the mixture into a 16x16 baking pan.

Top with Cacao and create little swirls with a fork.

 

Bake at 180*C / 356*F for 50 min.

Sweet Oreo Cheesecake Muffins with Cookie Core!!♥

Today I got a lovely oreo cheesecake recipe for you.

Because Oreo + Cheesecake = ♥ ...and the cookie core is literally the BEST!

#EMMYLICIOUS Recipe

 

Oreo Cheesecake Muffins with Cookie Core:

 

Level: easy

Prep Time: 15 min

Baking: 15-20 min

Macros: 653 kcal - 57c / 20f / 57p

 

Ingredients for 6 Muffins:

 

  • 1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder (Plantein Vanilla, flour or any other protein powder)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100g (1/2 cup) cream cheese low fat
  • 60g (1/4 cup) greek yoghurt low fat
  • 2 tbsp Stevia or other sweetener
  • (Fake-)Oreos :D

 

 

METHOD:

 

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Place one cookie on bottom of each muffin pan
  3. Pour the mixture over them
  4. Top with Cookie crumbles
  5. Bake at 180*C / *F for 15-20 mins
  6. Let them cool on a rack and place in Refrigerator for 2 hours

 

 

QUICKTIPP: If you don´t want the Muffins to fall flat, take them out after half the baking time, cut the edges with a knife off the pan, let them chill for 5 mins and continue baking.

Angel Food Pudding Cake

 

Level: easy

Preparation: 10 min

Baking: 40 min

Macros: 729 Calories - 60c / 24f / 73p

 

 

What's in there:

 

  • 50g (1/2 cup) protein powder (Plantein Vanilla, replaceable with flour or any protein powder)
  • 1 can of kidney beans (250g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 serving of pudding powder (Vanilla)
  • 2 oz milk
  • 100g Rama Cremefine (German product, optional)

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Mash the kidneys in a bowl
  2. Mix and blend all ingredients and...
  3. pour into a silicione baking pan
  4. bake at 180*C / 356*F
  5. Let it cool and let the topping fun begin! ♥

 

 

 

Topping: Greek yoghurt, Bell Plantation's PB2 and frozen strawberries
